To register for a class you may download the Registration form and mail it with your payment to:

If you wish to pay by credit card, please download the Credit Card Payment form and mail it with your Registration form.

If you wish to join PPO (Best Value!) and pay member prices, download the PPO Membership forms and mail them WITH your payments and PPO School Registration form. Please go to ppok.org to download the membership forms.
Please mail the membership forms to the PPO School Director with your Registration form for proper credit.

Note: Registration deadline for the June 22-26 PPO School Session is June 16, but the cutoff date for a class being held is May 23, 2008. If there is low registration in a class at that time the class may be cancelled. So if you are very interested in a class be sure go get your enrollment in before May 23.
