By the response from surveys, most people wanted to upgrade our motel. So this year we have selected a motel that reflects that decision.

Ask for the PPO School rate which is $81 per night.
The cut-off date for our rate and block is May 31, 2008. So book early!

Remember the decision date for holding a class will be May 23, 2008. So if you need a specific class—register early and get your friends to register!

There are many other motel options in Shawnee so check the Internet. We have 20 rooms blocked and hopefully these will be gone early. The Hampton Inn may have additional rooms after that, but may not offer the PPO School rate. But please check there.

Dorm Rooms
If you wish to stay in one of the dormatory rooms at SGU, please download the form and pay PPO School for your housing. The rates are $25 a night for single with linens (shared restroom) and $30 a night for single with linens and private restroom. Click here for the form.

MEALS
We enjoy our time together. Hampton Inn serves a hot breakfast for those staying there. There are other restaurants nearby—even within walking distance.

For lunch and dinner many groups and classes choose a restaurant and go. There are many fine eateries in Shawnee. The snack bar at SGU offers sandwiches and limited fare for lunch.

In the evenings we will have hospitality at the motel. All instructors, students, and trustees are invited to come and enjoy each other's company! Besides it is always a great time to learn more.
